What requirements must international candidates meet for a successful placement?

Our candidates for apprenticeships hold at least a school-leaving certificate and, in some cases, have already gained initial work experience. Our candidates for skilled worker positions possess vocational training completed in their home country or a university degree that can be recognized in Germany. Additionally, we require all candidates to have German language skills at a B1/B2 level minimum, as well as high motivation for living and working in Germany.

What costs do companies incur for international recruiting?

We work transparently and risk-free for you: Our fee is success-based. This means costs only arise when you decide on a candidate and an employment contract is concluded. There are no hidden upfront fees.

How long does the entire recruiting and visa process take on average?

Since bureaucratic processes can vary, we work with the following estimates:
For Apprentices: Approx. 6 to 12 months (as language skills usually still need to be acquired).
For Skilled Workers: Approx. 3 to 9 months (including the professional recognition process and visa issuance).

What documents do companies need to provide?

To start the process for you, we require a detailed job requirement profile for the placement of apprentices. For skilled workers, we additionally need a draft of the employment contract and a power of attorney for administrative procedures (e.g., for the fast-track procedure for skilled workers). Further documents are only necessary at a later stage. You will receive a detailed list from us throughout the entire process.

How do you ensure that candidates are well integrated?

For us, integration begins long before arrival. We involve the talent early on in local language classes and prepare them culturally. After arrival, we remain in close contact and promote sustainable integration into your team and the new environment through regular exchange.
