Get to know us

Do I have to pay for the placement?

No. Our service, the placement with an employer, is 100% free for you as a candidate. We adhere to ethical standards: All placement fees are fully covered by the employers in Germany. However, costs may arise for the visa process and your travel.

What German language skills do I need?

Good language skills are the key to your integration! Generally, you need a language level of B1 or B2 (CEFR) to obtain a visa and feel comfortable in your daily work life. If you have not yet reached this level, we will gladly advise you on how to achieve it.

Do you help me with the visa and the recognition of my degree?

Yes, that is our “worry-free service.” We manage the entire process for you. We review your documents, handle the recognition of your professional qualifications in Germany, and prepare you for embassy appointments. We won’t leave you alone with the paperwork.

How long does it take until I can travel to Germany?

This depends on your qualifications and the visa process. For skilled workers (with a completed degree or vocational training), the process usually takes approx. 3 to 9 months. For apprentices, it can take 6 to 12 months, as language skills often still need to be acquired.

What happens when I arrive in Germany? Will I have accommodation?

We don’t just pick you up; we help you settle in. We support you in finding suitable accommodation before you arrive, accompany you to administrative appointments (e.g., registration, bank account), and ensure that you quickly feel at home in your new environment.
